Design & Build can be a holistic solution for a client wishing for a more hands-off approach and provides us as a single point of contact for delivery of the scheme.

We can be retained to complete a Project Management Service without taking on the main building contract. We use our extensive construction knowledge and management expertise to ensure that the design team and the chosen contractors deliver to the project brief and to the highest possible standard.
